If your mag hasn’t arrived yet, please make the checks below first, then fill in the form and we’ll get straight on it for you. For any other customer service enquiries, please use the form too.

✔️ The magazine is published quarterly in early January, April, July, October. You will receive digital versions via email and should receive print copies by about the 7th of the month.

✔️ Digital issue links are emailed to you. 

✔️ Please allow a week for your magazine to arrive in the UK and a few weeks for international orders. Magazines are out posted every weekday.

✔️ Please double check if you ordered a print or digital copy. Digital copies are delivered to your inbox (please check your junk) within 24 hours.

✔️ Please let us know your order number.

For subscriptions your Digital Magazine link will be emailed to you on the day the issue launches.

Magazine subscriptions renew every three months at the start of January, April, July, and October. When you first subscribe you will be informed which issue your subscription will start with and your next payment will fall on the next renewal date. This means the gap between your first two payments (and magazines) will not be exactly three months.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account with your details and select ‘Subscriptions’. Select ‘View’ next to your subscription and click ‘Cancel’.
